Multi-Cultural Leadership Youth Program
The Multi-Cultural Youth Leadership Program (MCYLP), an innovative initiative designed to inspire, mentor, and empower the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and community change-makers. With two (2) areas of interest, we look forward to have all aspiring youth on the road to success.
This is a comprehensive program created for teens who are eager to grow personally, academically, and professionally while making a meaningful impact in their communities. Through mentorship, community engagement, and networking opportunities, participants will gain valuable experiences that foster leadership, responsibility, and civic awareness. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with peers and leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds, enriching their perspective and strengthening their ability to lead in a multicultural environment.
MCLYP year-round group
This program includes workshops that will cover leadership, business, philanthropy, selfcare (mental awareness), etiquette, social enhancement and politics. It will equip individuals with the skills and resources needed to succeed in today’s competitive market. There will also be an end-of-the year recognition party where each member will receive a certificate of completion. The enrollment also includes a MCBA designed t-shirt.

Teenprenuer
This is a practical teen week camp strategically designed to unlock the potential and enhance the skills and creativity of the next entrepreneur as they take their business idea to reality. During this camp teens will dive into:

Product/idea development

Marketing essentials and tools
They will also have the opportunity to present their product/service in a Shark Tank Presentation to a highly calculated and academically selected panel of judges.
